Problem Solving 101 : a simple book for smart people

Problem is always a problem, it will always hunt us everywhere we go, when we  buy a new computer, driving home, build a new business even when want to go sleep. how can we solve everything?. No problem my friend, every problem has its own solution and Problem Solving 101 is one of my favorite book to resolve half of my problem right now.
Problem Solving 101 is very easy to read where the author ken watanabe put a lot of helpful diagram and funny character to support the whole story in an interesting package. you wont feel like reading a difficult mumbo-jumbo business book, instead ken watanabe will bring you to his world, a world where problem solving is as easy as turning page in this wonderful book. An elementary school student can even digest the content due to its simplicity and fun but the truth is the story inside represent a modern challenge faced by business leader.

Why Problem Solving 101?

Problem Solving 101 provide us with a simple tools to solve even our most complicated problem. the way ken watanabe describe it cant be more simpler than this, logic tree, yes/no tree, problem solving plan design,hypothesis pyramid and evaluation toolbox are his main methodology to solve his daily problem

2. Story Telling medium
At first I think that this book is targeted for younger age at elementary school because of the story telling style. But when I tried to read it, problem solving 101 are swallowing me inside. The word choice, the scenario, everything are flowing very smooth and at the end of the story amazingly I remember all the theory provided.

3. Funny Character
The example story involves fictive character such as mushroom mania, john octopus and kiwi the football player. the character are drawn very well and full with color, it even have its own style. I think this part make the book itself are so original and fresh.

In the end of the last page now i realized that problem solving 101 teaches us to analyze and recognize the same element, same chronology and same method to take every decision firmly. No matter what problem we face in front of us there is always a solution and the method on this book will inspire us the way to solve it.

The book is Written by Ken Watanabe a Yale and Harvard Business School Graduate. Ken used to work at McKinsey & Company for 6 year, now he is the CEO at his own company Delta Studio a company that move in education, entertainment and media industry.
